Jacobs Ladder

In 1990 the movies Jacobs ladder was released and it has always stuck in my mind with it's creepy settings and nightmarish characters. There were always two pieces from it that really made me feel uneasy, the first is the clip below which is a nightmarish vision of a hospital and definitely a slide into the bowels of hell. Everything from the camera angle on the wobbly wheel to the shaking head at the end make this an uneasy trip down...
